The waste generated due to disposition of old technology is increasing at an alarming rate. The purpose of the study is to review the management practices and the policies framed that are still in the nascent stage. It also includes the review of the methods used for storing, processing, recycling and disposing of e-Waste. These have the potential to harm human health and consequently the environment. The domination of the informal sector in the e-Waste recycling introduces various stakeholders in the process.
